All fees must be current to complete registration on Class Assignment Day. Formal
registration at St. Charles is held in the Spring of each year. At that time, a
minimum of half of the registration fee is due, with the remaining half payable on Class
Assignment Day in August. Anyone interested in registering their children may call
the school office (436-1009) anytime during the year. Waiting lists are not kept year
to year. A new list begins on the first Monday of January of each year.
Priority For Registration For K - 8 Families
All fees must be current to register. These fees include user fees; registration;
fundraising; athletic; activity; check restitution; technology; preschool and daycare.

If at any time your financial commitment becomes a concern, a member of the finance
committee may contact you. If a situation occurs in which you would like to contact
a member of the finance committee, please call the school office and Mrs. Omecene will
put you in touch with a financial representative.

Priority Registration For Preschool
- Present K - 8 and pre-school families current with fees.
- St. Charles / Holy Family Parishioners new to St. Charles School.
- Out of Parish or Non-Catholic families new to St. Charles School.
Admittance To Kindergarten & First Grade
No student will be admitted to Kindergarten or First Grade solely on the premise of
being 5 or 6 years old by Aug. 1. Readinesses academically, socially and emotionally
are also a must. A child's advancement to these grades must be on recommendation of
the teacher and agreed upon by the parent.

New Students
New students are accepted to St. Charles on a 3 month probation period. A new student
entering grades 7 or 8 must be coming from a private or Catholic School. All new
students must be in good standing from previous schools. Should permanent student
records arrive after the beginning of school, and indicate unknown information contrary
to given information at time of registration, the student may be asked to leave the school.
